Zupee inks content deal with Jio

Skill-based casual gaming company Zupee has announced a strategic partnership with Reliance Jio which includes integration of the Zupee products in Jio handsets which extends access to Jio's 450 million userbase.

In a statement the company said “This will give Zupee the biggest reach of all gaming companies in India, catapulting the fastest growing gaming start-up into the biggest gaming company in the country." Zupee is looking to foray into non-metro markets with Jio’s affordable 4G and 5G handsets. 

Zupee has also raised $72 million as part of a larger funding round.
