Users of Zerodha's trading app, Kite, faced disruptions on Monday due to a technical glitch. The outage, disrupted access to accounts and key information, left traders fuming and some alleging losses due to missed opportunities or halted trades.

Zerodha said that it was a connectivity issue that led to users having problems in placing orders on Kite and that the issue was resolved. However, users continued to question Zerodha asking who would be responsible for the losses incurred.

One user stated that glitches at Zerodha seem to have become the new normal. This comes just days after users of the trading platform Groww also faced technical issues and demand compensation for the losses incurred.
