In the latest worry for SpiceJet the airline has informed that it is delaying it's quarterly earnings report due to the recent ransomware attack.
"We wish to inform you that we are expecting a delay in submission of audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, with stock exchange due to ransomware attack on our IT systems which has affected the completion of the audit process within the stipulated time." SpiceJet informed investors.

The airline has faced a flurry of issues from glitch in payments leading to flights being grounded to ransomware attack and also a recent survey highlighting that 28% of those surveyed by LocalCircles ranked SpiceJet lowest in their choice of brand for travel.
