Rahul Bajaj passes away: Messages pour in as corporates to lawmakers pay tribute

"Fear and far sighted, Rahul Bajaj will be missed", P Chidambaram tweeted as netizens poured out tributes to one of India's iconic industrialist Rahul Bajaj as he passed away on Saturday at the age of 83. 

"I am devastated", tweeted Biocon chief Kiran Mazumdar Shaw. Banking veteran Uday Kotak also paid his respect to the Bajaj patriach as he remembered him as the proud Indian " who spoke truth to power." 

The grandson of the eminent freedom fighter Jamnalal Bajaj also served as member of the Rajya Sabha till 2010 and politicians from across the aisles paid tribute to his towering institution. 

Milind Deora tweeted a throwback picture of a group of Industrialists featuring a young Ratan Tata, Deepak Parekh along with Bajaj as he expressed shock at the passing of the force that drove Bajaj to success for nearly 5 decades.
