Road Transport & Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has warned officials and contractors that he will get them blacklisted, or send them on forced retirement if roads are not maintained properly.
The minister, laid down the law after noticing poor maintenance of NCR's Eastern Peripheral Expressway which he took to reach Ghaziabad to inaugurate a tree plantation drive.
