National Cinema Day 2023: The Multiplex Association of India has declared that National Cinema Day 2023 will light up screens across India on October 13 this year. In 2022, MAI initiated the National Cinema Day celebrations, marking a significant moment for Indian cinema. Initially scheduled for September 16, the event was moved to September 23. Last year’s celebration witnessed an overwhelming response, with over 6.5 million attendees flocking to theatres, making it the highest-attended day of the year for the Indian cinema industry.
