Gold and silver prices both increased on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on July 12 after yesterday's Indian market showed mixed patterns.
The average price of 1 gram of 22K Gold stood at ₹5,465 while the 24K gold prices stood at ₹5,962.
The rate of 10 grams of 24K gold in Chennai stood at ₹59,800, which was followed by Delhi and Lucknow where the gold costs ₹59,560.
The average price of 10gm of Silver was at ₹733 and 1 kg of silver stood at ₹73,300.
However, in Chennai, Hyderabad and Kerala the metal was sold at ₹76,800, followed by Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata where silver costs ₹73,300.
