Musk allegedly had his eighth and ninth children with Shivon Zilis, who works at Neuralink, the company that is looking into human brain microchip technology.

Insider claims the court documents reveal Elon Musk and Zilis filed a petition to change the names of the twins.

They wanted the newborns to 'have their father's last name and contain their mother's last name as part of their middle name'.

Zilis currently works as director of operations and special projects for Neuralink.
