Bumper listing for Tega Industries; lists at over 60% premium to issue price

The week kickstarted with the blockbuster listing of Tega Industries as shares surged on its debut day giving investors a gain of 60% at start.

The opening price on the BSE was Rs 753 against an issue price of Rs 453 per share, while it was Rs 760 on the NSE.The IPO second largest producer of polymer-based mill liners was subscribed 219 times when it was open between December 1-3. 

Founded in 1976, Kolkata-based Tega Industries is a specialty mining and metals company. It is a manufacturer and distributor of specialised critical-to-operate consumables. Tega's portfolio contains more than 55 products targeted at consumers across different stages of mining and mineral processing.
