Gearing up for the release of his upcoming film, 'Bhoot Police', Saif Ali Khan in an interview to PTI said, he is spiritual but not particularly religious.
Saif went on to say, too much religion worries him, adding that he describes himself as “agnostic”, just like his character in the upcoming horror-comedy.
In 'Bhoot Police', Saif Ali Khan’s character 'Vibhooti' is a ghostbuster who is in it for the money, while fellow ghost-hunter, Arjun Kapoor’s character 'Chiraunji', takes his job very seriously.
In the interview to PTI, Saif Ali Khan said, he is very secular in his life, and feels that too much religion can be worrying, because it puts an emphasis on the afterlife, and not on the current one.

Saif also said, he finds that too much of religion becomes organisational, and gets associated with basically my god vs your god or whose god is better.
The actor said he is religious in the way that he believes in a higher power, but what that power is, he has no idea. He added, he prays and tries to focus on his own energy on things, by being more spiritual.
