As the vaccine shortage continues large conglomerates are looking to import vaccines for employees as per reports.
Mint reports that as per sources Tata Group is likely to float a global tender for vaccines very soon. Tata Group has over 70,000 employees across the salt to software empire and is already working on the backend logistics for importing the jabs.
Reports also indicate that Mukesh Ambani promoted Reliance Industries is seeking tie-ups with global manufacturers to procure vaccines directly for its employees.
