Daughter of Maheep and Sanjay Kapoor, upcoming actress Shanaya Kapoor has tested positive for Covid-19. Shanaya shared the news with fans on Instagram.
Earlier, Shanaya's mother Maheep Kapoor also confirmed that she has been infected with Covid-19 after attending a dinner at friend and filmmaker Karan Johar’s house.
In her Insta story, Shanaya wrote, she has mild symptoms, but is feeling ok and has isolated herself. She added that she is following all the protocols given by her doctor and health professionals. She urged those who have been in contact with her, to also get tested.
Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora were the first ones to test positive for Covid-19, after a dinner party, following which Sohail Khan's wife Seema Khan and Maheep Kapoor tested positive.
