Actor-producer Elliot Page has filed for divorce from his wife Emma Portner, reported CNN. The couple had been married for three years.
Elliot Page came out as gay in 2014 and last year December, he revealed himself as transgender.
In a joint statement on Tuesday, Page and Portner revealed that even though they separated last summer, they continue to share cordial terms with each other.
Elliot Page and Emma Portner got married in January 2018, just a brief while after making their relationship public.
