On Tuesday a storm hit St. Lucia. It rained sixes as Chris Gayle blew away the Aussies in the most brutal fashion, helping West Indies take an unassailable 3-0 lead in the 5-match T20 series.

Opting to bat first, Australia's batting let the team down once again and could manage just 141/6. Chasing which Windies lost Andre Fletcher early but Gayle struck form with a match-winning 38-ball-67. It was his first T20I half century since an unbeaten 100 against England in March 2016. Nicholas Pooran's unbeaten 32 helped the hosts cross the finish line with 6 wickets left and over 5 overs to spare. The fourth game in the series will be played Wednesday.
