14-day mandatory quarantine for people returning to Delhi from Haridwar

Delhi Disaster Management Authority has made it mandatory for all Delhi residents who return from Haridwar to stay in home quarantine for 14 days. The ciruclar issued by the agency said that all Delhi residents who visited Haridwar's Kumbh from 4th April or will be visiting the city till the Kumbh ends on April 30 will have to upload details like name, address in Delhi, ID proof, date of departure from Delhi and date of return on a Delhi govt portal. If anyone is found or reported to have failed to upload the details, the person will be sent to a govt quarantine centre, the circular added.
