Motorola G14 launched in India: Check price, sale date, pre-order offers and specifications

Motorola has launched its latest addition to the Moto G series in India, the Moto G14. This new smartphone brings a significant display upgrade along with several other features.

Motorola G14 specifications

One of the standout features of the Moto G14 is its 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. This major improvement from the previous Moto G13 model.

Although the phone operates at a 60Hz refresh rate (down from 90Hz on the G13), the enhanced display quality compensates for this minor trade-off.

Under the hood, the Moto G14 is powered by a Unisoc T616 chipset, a 12nm SoC that boasts a 2x Cortex-A75 clocked at 2.0GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 running at 1.8GHz. Accompanying this chipset is the Mali-G57 MP1 GPU.

While this setup shares similarities with the Helio G85, the Mali-G52 MC2 GPU in the G14 sets it apart.

The smartphone comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which is expandable via a microSD card up to 1TB. The device runs on Android 13 out of the box, offering a seamless and up-to-date user experience.

Another notable improvement in the Moto G14 is its powerful 5,000mAh battery, capable of up to 94 hours of music playback or up to 16 hours of video. Additionally, the phone supports 15W charging, an upgrade from the G13's 10W charging capability.

Motorola Moto G14's camera setup features a 50MP Quad Pixel sensor on the rear (along with a depth sensor) and an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies. Both cameras offer 1080p video recording at 30fps.

Other notable features include a side-mounted fingerprint reader for secure and convenient unlocking, IP52 dust and water resistance certification, and a 3.5mm headphone jack with FM radio support.

Users can also enjoy immersive audio experiences through the stereo speakers equipped with Dolby Atmos technology.

Motorola G14 price in India

The Moto G14 is available for pre-order on Flipkart and will be officially released on August 8. Priced at ₹9,999, customers can also avail a ₹750 discount with an ICICI credit card.

The smartphone is available in two colour options, Sky Blue and Steel Gray, with two additional versions, Pale Lilac and Butter Cream Vegan Leather, set to be released soon.
