India's opener Smriti Mandhana is all set to return to the side after missing out on the last match due to an illness. Team India are playing New Zealand in their 3rd game of Group A on Thursday after winning their previous two encounters against hosts Australia and Bangladesh. The bowling unit looks rock solid led by Poonam Yadav who has made match-winning contributions in both the games. All eyes will be on 16-year-old Shafali Verma who is expected once again to provide an explosive start to the team. Interestingly, India has lost their last 3 T20 encounters vs New Zealand but the team will be hoping to change that statistic.
