'Who defines what a good surface is?' asks R Ashwin

Ravichandran Ashwin who impressed cricket lovers with his brilliant performance in the pink-ball Test has lashed out against critics of the Motera pitch. India who got the better of the English cricketers in just 2 days won the 3rd Test by 10 wickets. The pitch used during the day/night Test received a lot of flak after 30 wickets quickly fell in 5 sessions at Motera. Dismissing the rant, Ashwin questioned who defines what a good surface is. He further added that people should be hoping for a good cricket match and not the surface.
