As India and many other countries begin vaccination drives across the world, the big question is whether work from will become the new normal or will we go back to the office.
A YouGov survey has found that the answer is fairly divided. While 55% say they find work from home without colleagues unsatisfactory, a sizable 45% are happy with it.
Those working from home report improvement in mental health including more sleep and time for exercise. However, feelings of loneliness and anxiety have increased since the onset of the pandemic in all employees no matter where they are working.
