As Rio de Janeiro residents abide by quarantine rules amid the coronavirus pandemic, a street artist continues to spread joy. 40-year-old Maico Brum, known as Little Clown Break, spends hours performing at a traffic light in a neighbourhood. His aim is to make others smile, even if its beneath their protective masks, apart from earning a livelihood. Brum has been performing on the streets for over 15 years now. In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, he's been taking all preventive measures and he believes work is essential, as it is his duty to make those smile who must leave their homes for work.
