The annual "Kitten Bowl VI" championship is on its way and it's the cutest sports event you'll ever see. The game, which will be aired on the 3rd of February, will feature rescued kittens vying the National Championship of Feline Football trophy. This year's event is a big one for the bowl, marking over 25,000 shelter pet adoptions since 2014. TV personality and animal advocate Beth Stern returns as the host for this year's event.

A market forecast by research firm Global Data has predicted that China will overtake US as the biggest global market for apparel within the next three years. The report also expects India to jump ahead to the fourth spot behind Japan, overtaking Germany, from its current fifth position in the global list of fashion markets. Wildlife poaching has doubled in India, and increased by almost 151%&nbsp;amid the Covid-19 lockdown, analysis by global wildlife trade monitoring network TRAFFIC has found. As funding dries up and fewer people are on ground, rescue efforts have been minimal during this period. The new report compares the period of six weeks before the&nbsp;lockdown&nbsp;with six weeks in lockdown. Cases of poaching went up from 35 to 88, not restricted to any one particular geographical area. The report found that endangered animals under&nbsp;Schedule I of the Wildlife Protection Act, were targeted the most. The report shares that most of the wildlife poaching has been done for local trade and meat consumption.&nbsp;
