In a shocking case of negligence amid a steep rise in Covid cases, a baffling video has emerged of healthworkers stopping to drink juice at a roadside stall while transporting a Covid patient in Madhya Pradesh's Shahdol. In a video tweeted by NDTV journalist Anurag Dwary, a healthworker in PPE kit is seen at a jiuce stall, while the other waits in the car for the juice. His face mask is pulled down to his chin, which is in clear violation of protocol at public places and many people are seen walking past him. When questioned by a bystander, the healthworker is heard saying: "I don't have corona. I am just transporting the patient. Let me drink".
