Agitated farmers who were stopped at the Haryana-Punjab border flung barricades of a bridge into a river and threw bricks at police as they clashed with the police. Thousands of farmers faced teargas and water cannons as they attempted to cross into Haryana via a bridge from Punjab. Dramatic visuals showed protesters raising slogans and refusing to leave the bridge despite being faced with heavy police force. The farmers have finally managed to cross into Haryana after high drama. The Haryana police had barricaded the bridge on Tuesday ahead of the farmers' march.
