A 17 year old Algerian boy is being hailed as a hero after a dramatic CCTV video shows him catching a toddler as she fell from a building in Istanbul. News agencies in Turkey say 2-year-old Doha fell from an open window on the 2nd floor last Thursday. She was caught by 17-year-old, who worked nearby, and noticed she was about to fall. Doha's family also gave the teenager a reward of 200 Turkish Liras for saving their daughter's life.
