Around 1200 employees of a Chinese smartphone manufacturing facility in Noida got violent after nearly 200 of them were 'sacked without notice'. Workers at Hipad Technology India, which makes Xiaomi and Oppo phones, started throwing stones at the building and barged into the facility in Noida's Sector 63. According to Noida police, no formal complaint had been lodged by the company.
