Vijayvargiya row in Indore: 21 municipal officers suspended

The Indore municipal corporation has suspended 21 officials for supporting BJP MLA Akash Vijayvargiya, as he was beating up their colleagues with a cricket bat on Wednesday. These municipal officers were identified in the video footage that went viral and some of them were even seen sitting with Akash Vijayvargiya after the scuffle. Akash Vijayvargiya, son of BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya, was sent to jail on Wednesday for attacking a civic body official with a cricket bat.
