Ukrainian President: threat of 'full scale war' with Russia

'The country is under threat of a full scale war with the Russian federation', says the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko as tensions between his country and Russia escalated dramatically. Ukraine has accused Russia of sharply increasing its military presence on their shared border and Poroshenko's comments come after Putin's forces seized three Ukraine ships off the coast of Russia controlled Crimea and captured 24 Ukrainian sailors. US President Trump has warned he may cancel his weekend summit with Putin.
