The BJP dubbed the Maharashtra trust vote session on Saturday as unconstitutional. Ex-CM Devendra Fadnavis, who led the BJP charge, said that the oath taken by CM Uddhav and his ministers was also unconstitutional as they took the names of their leaders in the oath.
