After an embarrassing loss in the 1st Test where Virat Kohli's men were outplayed in all departments by England, Team India will be motivated to make a comeback in the Test series which they are trailing. The pitch as reported is tailor-made for the hosts and Vice-Captain Ajinkya Rahane expects it to turn from Day 1. The loss in the 1st Test did hurt but Rahane added that the team didn't go deep analysing the loss and is now focused on the job in hand. Axar Patel who is declared fit is expected to start as Team India will be fielding 3 spinners yet again. For England, the 12 man squad for the 2nd Test had quite a few names missing. Jofra Archer misses out due to an elbow niggle as James Anderson is also rested. With the departure of Jos Buttler, Ben Foakes will stand behind the stumps as Olly Stone, Chris Woakes & Moeen Ali come into the squad.
