Twitter blasts Mukesh Khanna for blaming women for #MeToo

Actor Mukesh Khanna who is best known for playing the role of 'Shaktiman' and and Bhishma Pitamah in BR Chopra's Mahabharat, is facing the wrath of social media users after he made a misogynist comment on the #MeToo movement. 

Netizens slammed the actor after a clip from his interview with The Filmy Charcha,  went viral, where he said that #MeToo began after women stepped out to work shoulder-to-shoulder with men.

Slamming the actor for his remarks, a Twitter user wrote men with a mentality like Mukesh Khanna is the reason why #MeToo happens in the first place.
