US President Donald Trump made an unannounced trip to Afghanistan on Thursday to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with US troops at the Bagram airbase outside the capital Kabul. Trump spent about two-and-half hours with soldiers whom he served turkey in a cafeteria, posed for photographs and addressed a group in a hangar. Trump also met Afghan President Ashraf Ghani later.
