It's not often that a team chasing 318, race to 135/0 in less than 15 overs and still go on to lose the game. But that's exactly what happened in Pune as India pulled off a thrilling 66-run win against England, to go 1-0 up in the 3-match ODI series. Put into bat, Shikhar Dhawan gave the hosts a perfect start with a gritty 98. But it was debutant Krunal Pandya and KL Rahul, who powered the men in Blue to 317/5 with a fiery half-century each. Chasing which, the visitors were cruising but had a batting collapse. England went from 135/0 to being all out for 251. The star of the night was another debutant Prasidh Krishna who bagged 4 wickets and broke England's back. The 2nd ODI will be played at the same ground on March 26.
