Tom Hanks to stars in a movie on Fred Rogers

Hollywood actor Tom Hanks will soon be seen portraying the role of TV personality Fred Rogers in the film titled 'A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood'. Directed by Marielle Heller the film revolves around the life of journalist who accepts an assignment to write a profile piece on Rogers and finds his perspective on life changed. The film is said to be inspired by a real-life friendship between Fred Rogers, star of the long-running 'Mister Rogers' and award-winning journalist Tom Junod.
