The Majorelle Garden in Marrakech is a treat for sore eyes. The two and a half acre space designed by the French Oriental artist, Jacques Majorelle took over 40 years to complete. The botanical garden boasts of a Cubist villa designed by French architect Paul Sinoir which houses the Islamic Art Museum. The garden was bought and restored by French designer Yves Saint Laurent in the '80s and now attracts 700,000 visitors annually.
