The Crying Club of Surat helps people relax

A unique programme was organised recently by the Healthy Crying Club in Surat to help people vent their feelings and relax before the new year. They organise these programmes quite regularly to help people achieve good mental and physical health. According to laughter therapist Kamlesh Masalawala, tears contain stress hormone cortisol, which is harmful for the body and must be released. People participate in these events in large numbers.
