Tharoor quotes 'RSS source': PM Modi 'scorpion on a shivling'

Speaking at event on his latest book, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor used a rather controversial analogy to describe Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Tharoor attributed his comment to an 'RSS source' of a journalist.
