Thai dancers wear face shields at reopening of Hindu shrine

May 04, 2020 18:45 IST

Traditional Thai dancers are now wearing protective face shields while performing at the Erawan Shrine, which was reopened after the Thai government relaxed measures to combat the spread of Covid-19, in Bangkok on May 4. Thailand began its process of easing safety restrictions on May 3 by allowing various businesses to reopen, but has warned that the stricter measures would be re-imposed in case of a second wave.
