Actor Ezra Miller has been charged with felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont, the latest in a string of incidents involving the embattled star of “The Flash.”
In a report Monday (8 AUGUST 2022), Vermont State Police said they responded to a burglary complaint in Stamford on May 1 and found several bottles of alcohol were taken from a residence while the homeowners weren't present. Miller was charged after police consulted surveillance footage and interviewed witnesses.
The police report said Miller was located shortly before midnight Sunday and was issued a citation to appear for arraignment in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26.
The felony charge adds to Miller's mounting legal woes and reports of erratic behavior. The 29-year-old actor was arrested twice earlier this year in Hawaii, including for disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke bar. The second incident was for second-degree assault.
The parents of 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes, a Native American activist, also earlier this year filed a protection order against Miller, accusing the actor of grooming their child and other inappropriate behavior with her as a minor from the age of 12. Tokata Iron Eyes recently told Insider that those allegations were false.
Attorneys for Miller didn't immediately respond to requests for comment on the Vermont felony charge or the protection order related to Tokata Iron Eyes.
After appearing in several films for Warner Bros. and D.C. Films as the Flash, Miller stars in the upcoming standalone film “The Flash,” due out in June 2023. Though Warner Bros. last week axed the nearly completed “Batgirl” film, the studio has suggested it remains committed to releasing “The Flash.”
In an earnings report last week, David Zaslav, chief executive of Warner Bros. Discovery referenced “The Flash.” “We have seen ‘The Flash,’ ‘Black Adam’ and ’Shazam 2. We are very excited about them," said Zaslav. "We think they are terrific, and we think we can make them even better.”

The song, titled ‘Heated’, has been called out by disability equality charity Scope as it comprises a derogatory term that is often used to demean people with spastic cerebral palsy. The term occurs twice in the song that has been co-written by Canadian star Drake.
A representative for the singer told Insider that the song’s lyric will be changed. ‘The word, not used intentionally in a harmful way, will be replaced,’ the statement said.
US musician Lizzo was also called out for using the same term in the song ‘Grrrls’, from her album ‘Special’ in June. After facing backlash, Lizzo apologised and replaced the lyric, saying that she had never wanted to ‘promote derogatory language’. ‘As a fat Black woman in America, I have had many hurtful words used against me so I understand the power words can have (whether intentionally, or in my case, unintentionally.),’ she said.
Disability charity Scope has appreciated Beyoncé for acting swiftly after being called out this thoughtless lyric.

As per the disciplinary action against Will Smith, the actor is banned from attending the Oscars for the next 10 years.

Reports are&nbsp;30-year-old Cardigan singer's 'Folklore' spent seven nonconsecutive weeks atop the chart.&nbsp;
The report adds Swift's total weeks at the first position now stand at 47 while Houston's tally was 46 which she had held since 1987.

Popstar&nbsp;Taylor Swift has broken Whitney Houston's record&nbsp;of being the no #1 artist on Billboard 200 charts for the most consecutive weeks among women.
Swift's surprise quarantine album&nbsp;Folklore clocked seven non-consecutive weeks at the top, which gives Swift a career total of 47 weeks ruling the chart. Houston's tally was 46 which she had held since 1987. In third place now is Adele with 34 weeks.

'Jurassic World' actor Bryce Dallas Howard has opened up to share that she was paid less than her co-star Chris Patt for the film franchise opposed to what was stated by the reports during the film release. According to The Hollywood reporter, she opposed a 2018 report said that she was paid $ 2 million less than prat for ‘Fallen Kingdom’ (2018) and stated that she was paid much less than what came out in the public.  However, the actor praised her co-star Pratt because he made sure that she was paid equally on franchise opportunities like video games and theme park attractions. The actor shared that she had open discussions with Pratt on the gap between the wages. She said, ‘When I started negotiating for 'Jurassic,' it was 2014, and it was a different world, and I was at a great disadvantage,’ she said. ‘And, unfortunately, you have to sign up for three movies, and so your deals are set.’ Bryce did not share her actual pay went on to share how supportive Chris was all this time. Howard told the actor used to say, 'You guys don't even have to do anything. I'm gonna do all the negotiating. We're gonna be paid the same, and you don't have to think about this, Bryce.’

Bryce Dallas said Chris Pratt made sure she was paid equally on franchise opportunities like video games and theme park attractions.

Actor Bryce Dallas Howard, in an exclusive interview with Insider, claims that she was paid &lsquo;so much less&rsquo; than her co-star Chris Pratt for the &lsquo;Jurassic World&rsquo; trilogy as opposed to what was stated by the reports during the release of the films. In 2018, Variety reported that Bryce was paid $2 million less than Pratt for the second movie, &lsquo;Fallen Kingdom&rsquo;. She reportedly earned $8 million, while Chris was paid $10 million.
&lsquo;The reports were so interesting because I was paid so much less than the reports even said, so much less,&rsquo; Howard told Insider.

Angelina Jolie has reportedly been identified as the plaintiff in an anonymous 2016 FBI lawsuit alleging assault by Brad Pitt. According to Variety, a report from Puck claimed that Angelina told an FBI agent that Brad &lsquo;physically and verbally assaulted&rsquo; her and their children when they were aboard a private plane.
According to Variety, Brad Pitt allegedly took Angelina to the back of the plane, grabbed her shoulders and screamed at her. The &lsquo;Salt&rsquo; actor further alleged that another physical altercation occurred on the same flight, which caused her injuries. She also mentioned that Pitt was drinking at the time, and had poured beer on her.
However, Pitt&rsquo;s team has denied all allegations.
As per the report, the FBI agent then met the assistant US attorney and said that they would not pursue criminal charges against &lsquo;The Bullet Train&rsquo; actor. Following this, Jolie anonymously filed a Freedom of Information Act suit against the FBI in order to obtain documents related to the federal investigation against Pitt.
According to Aneglina Jolie&rsquo;s complaint, which was amended in August, &lsquo;Ms. Doe has been seeking the withheld information for [several] years in an effort to ensure that her children receive qualified&hellip;care and&hellip;counseling to address harm suffered&hellip;Information withheld by DOJ and the FBI contains evidence of the harm. The persistent denial of that information to Ms. Doe&hellip;a victim of the assault herself &mdash; has hampered, and continues to hamper, her efforts to obtain for her children necessary ongoing care and medical attention, and has further harmed the children in the family law system.&rsquo;
Brad Pitt was reportedly under investigation for child abuse by the FBI and the Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services in 2016 after he allegedly got physical with his son, Maddox, on his family&rsquo;s private plane. His son had reportedly also intervened in a fight between him and Angelina.
Brad Pitt&rsquo;s team denied that he hurt his son and issued a statement to People magazine, saying that Pitt was emphatic that it did not reach the level of physical abuse.
The celebrity couple filed for divorce in 2016, and Pitt publicly gave up drinking.

Johnny Depp will reportedly be wearing the director's hat once again after 25 years. The actor will be directing a biopic on Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani, which he will co-produce with veteran actor Al Pacino and Barry Navidi, according to The Hollywood Reporter. This is the second time that Depp will in the role of director for a feature film. He earlier made his directorial debut with 1997 film 'The Brave', in which he starred along with Marlon Brando.
Amedeo Modigliani was a painter and sculptor in Paris whose  work wasn't well received during his lifetime but his creations became much sought after his death in 1920. 
'Modigliani' is based on a play by Dennis McIntyre. It is being adapted for the big screen by Jerzy and Mary Kromolowski. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film will feature an eventful 48 hours of Modigliani's life, which established him as an artistic legend. The film's production will reportedly begin in Europe in the spring of 2023. The makers will soon share the film's cast.
'The saga of Mr. Modigliani's life is one that I'm incredibly honored, and truly humbled, to bring to the screen. It was a life of great hardship, but eventual triumph — a universally human story all viewers can identify with,' said Depp, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Besides directing this biopic, Johnny Depp will next feature as French king Louis XV in the upcoming film 'Jeanne du Barry'. This film will be his first release  after his highly-publicised defamation case against former wife Amber Heard, which concluded in June.

This is the second time that Depp will in the role of director for a feature film. He earlier made his directorial debut with 1997 film 'The Brave', in which he starred along with Marlon Brando.
Amedeo Modigliani was a painter and sculptor in Paris whose &nbsp;work wasn't well received during his lifetime but his creations became much sought after his death in 1920.&nbsp;
'Modigliani' is based on a play by Dennis McIntyre. It is being adapted for the big screen by Jerzy and Mary Kromolowski. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film will feature an eventful 48 hours of Modigliani's life, which established him as an artistic legend. The film's production will reportedly begin in Europe in the spring of 2023. The makers will soon share the film's cast.
'The saga of Mr. Modigliani's life is one that I'm incredibly honored, and truly humbled, to bring to the screen. It was a life of great hardship, but eventual triumph &mdash; a universally human story all viewers can identify with,' said Depp, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Steve Martin recently announced his plans to retire from acting. The actor, who currently stars in the Hulu show ‘Only Murders in the Building, told The Hollywood Reporter that he is not going to seek other TV shows, movies or cameos. ‘This is, weirdly it,’ he said.  
In a career spanning six decades, Steve Martin has worn many hats- comedian, actor, writer, producer, and musician. He is now one Tony Award away from becoming an EGOT (Emmy-Grammy-Oscar-Tony) winner.

Stand-up comedian 
Steve Martin was born in Texas and raised in California. He started his career as a writer on the 1960s show ‘The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour’, for which he bagged an Emmy in 1969. He then went on to host ‘Saturday Night Live’ in 1970s, which he hosted 15 times, and gained further recognition by performing stand-up comedy in his own offbeat style by incorporating music and props. 
In 1980s, Steve retired from stand-up and moved on to acting. Later, he was awarded the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor in 2005. 
In 2016, he returned to stand-up when he opened for Jerry Seinfeld. That year, he went on a national tour with Martin Short, his ‘Only Murders in the Building’ co-star. The duo released a Netflix special, titled ‘An Evening You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life’, in 2018.
