Chinmay Tumbe says, "We know from history that pandemics do come in waves & we should have been much more prepared. But in the last century, the sense of collective memory has definitely been lost." Speaking about lessons learnt from the vaccination drive, he says, during previous pandemics there was vaccine hesitance & this time we are facing vaccine shortage.
