PINK | 2016 'Pink' was Taapsee's third Bollywood film and possibly the one which made her a household name. Taapsee portrays a girl who fights for justice, she is pitted against politically-connected men who blame her for ‘prostitution’. MULK | 2018 In 'Mulk', Taapsee Pannu shares screen space with late actor Rishi Kapoor. The story of a Muslim family, the film deals with rights of minorities, Islamophobia and its fallout in modern India. The onus is on Taapsee's character Aarti, who is the daughter-in-law of the Muslim family, to clear the family's name in legal battle. BADLA | 2019 Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, 'Badla' revolves around the interaction between a businesswoman charged for murder, played by Taapsee and her lawyer played by Amitabh Bachchan. As the thriller took dark twists and turns, Taapsee stood out for her naiveté, vulnerability and steely determination in the film. THAPPAD | 2020 Finally, 2020 film 'Thappad' directed by Anubhav Sinha is touted as Tapasee's best performance till date.
