External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj leaves for Abu Dhabi on Thursday, for the inaugural session of the foreign ministers' conclave of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation. India has been invited as the Guest of Honour for the inaugural session to be held on March 1st and 2nd. Irked by the special honour for India, Pakistan has refused to attend the meet. Speaking about India's participation, Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said, India is neither a member of OIC nor an observer and the UAE should have spoken to Pakistan before inviting Sushma Swaraj.
