The law student who accused BJP leader Chinmayanand of rape and harassment was not allowed to appear in her LLM 3rd semester exam by Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University. The officials have said that she doesn't have the required 75% attendance to sit appear in the exam. This is happening despite the court granting her permission to appear for her exams. The 23-yr-old law student is herself in jail on extortion charges.
