Home minister Amit Shah met agriculture minister Narendra Singh Tomar again on Monday morning as the protesting farmers threatened to block Delhi highways. This was Shah's second meeting in less than 24 hours over the farm crisis. Top ministers, including Shah, Tomar and defence minister Rajnath Singh had met at party chief JP Nadda's home late on Sunday night after farmers rejected the govt offer of Burari ground for protest. The farmers are insisting on being allowed to protest at Ramlila Grounds. They have threatened to block the roads to Delhi from five entry points: Sonipat, Rohtak, Jaipur, Ghaziabad-Hapur, and Mathura.
