More than 20 years after, ‘Sex and the city' is now gearing up for a revival.
According to hit show's actress Sarah Jessica Parker, the series will incorporate the Covid-19 pandemic in the show.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Parker said that Covid-19 will obviously be part of the storyline and that writing the coronavirus into the plot was a no-brainer, given that the series setting is in New York City.
The series will follow the story of Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.
Production for the HBO MAX show will begin in late spring.
