Big setback for the Congress and Gandhis. Delhi high court has upheld the single judge bench order that asked the Associated Journals to vacate he Herald House building in Central Delhi. Central govt had issued an eviction notice to Associated Journals Limited to vacate the property, which it had challenged in court. Associated Journals was transferred to Young India which is owned by Sonia and Rahul Gandhi. Centre had contended that AJL was using the property to collect rent and not for the bonafide purpose of running press.
