The Delhi govt on Thursday said it won't be putting up posters at the houses of Covid-19 patients in the city, to avoid the unnecessary stigma associated with the disease. Officials say they are confident that doing away with the measure would encourage more people to get tested. District officials have been asked to remove posters from outside the residences of 12,890 Covid-19 patients currently under home isolation. However, monitoring of each home isolation patient, will continue as usual.
