'Bodies of Covid patients are piling up at mortuary faster than they can be cremated' - NDTV's Anurag Dwary narrating on Twitter the situation at Raipur's Ambedkar Hospital.
The journalist posted a video from an area of the hospital that is lined with bodies of Covid-19 patients. Some of them are on the floor in a corridor, some on stretchers, and some bodies have even been put in the open.
It appears that India's daily numbers may tell you how grim the situation is but they don't tell you the story of the dead being denied dignity.
