Shareholders of Jet Airways have approved the conversion of loan into shares even as the crisis-hit carrier tries to find a solution for it's debt. The move assumes significance as Jet is looking to restructure debt as well as raise fresh funds. Reports also indicate state-run lender SBI is mulling moving the National Company Law Tribunal or NCLT as it feels the airline is now running out of funds for operations.
