Samsung has launched its latest generation Galaxy S21 and S21+ smartphones at its Galaxy Unpacked event. Both run on the new Exynos 2100 chipset in India and up to 8GB RAM with either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. While the S21 sports a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X 120Hz Infinity-O display, the larger S21+ gets a 6.7-inch screen, but both get a 2400x1080 resolution. There's a triple rear camera setup on the back of both devices, that houses a 64MP telephoto sensor, a 12MP ultra wide lens and a 12MP wide-angle sensor, with the telephoto unit offering up to 30x Space Zoom. The front camera is a 10MP sensor, and both devices get Gorilla Glass Victus and an IP68 water and dust resistance rating. The S21 sports a 4,000mAh battery, while the S21+ houses a 4,800mAh battery. It's worth noting these are the first Galaxy S series devices to not get a charging adapter in the box. Pricing starts from ₹69,999 for the S21 for its 128GB model, and the S21+ starts from ₹81,999. Both go up for pre-order from January 15, and go on sale from January 29.
