Like with any premium TWS earbuds, sound quality has to be at the forefront, and as it turns out, the Galaxy Buds Pro&nbsp;deliver Samsung's best audio experience yet. The earbuds-sport an 11-millimetre woofer for deeper bass and a 6.5-millimetre tweeter for a crisp treble with minimum distortion. This essentially translates into a dynamic, balanced sound.&nbsp;There&rsquo;s a&nbsp; good amount of separation between the highs and mids, and vocals sound crisp.&nbsp;
The Galaxy Buds Pro are the first in-ear design earbuds from Samsung to feature Active Noise Cancellation, and they definitely&nbsp;do a better job of keeping out noise than the Galaxy Buds Live. Samsung says the&nbsp;&nbsp;ANC&nbsp;on Galaxy Buds Pro filters out up to 99% of background noise, while the microphones monitor noise in real-time.&nbsp;The ANC level is also adjustable, as you can choose between High and Low depending on the environment you&rsquo;re in.
Ambient Sound on the Galaxy Buds Pro has been massively improved as well. You can now choose to amplify nearby sounds by more than 20 decibels, meaning you can adjust and personalize according to your needs, directly from the Galaxy Wearable app.&nbsp;At the default medium setting, it lets in just enough important sounds like human voices and car honks, so you can be more aware of your surroundings&nbsp;while wearing the Buds&nbsp; Pro.
 Samsung has also introduced voice detect, where the Buds Pro recognize when you&rsquo;re speaking, and they can automatically switch between cancelling nearby sounds and amplifying them.&nbsp;Once activated, the Buds will&nbsp;roll over to Ambient mode for 10 seconds after hearing your voice and will switch back to noise cancellation after you&rsquo;ve stopped talking.&nbsp;
The Galaxy Buds Pro now get a new Hearing enhancement feature that&nbsp;allows you to adjust the Left/Right sound balance. This will be especially useful for people with different levels of hearing loss in each ear and helps in delivering a&nbsp;&nbsp;better audio experience for those with hearing impairments.&nbsp;
To take on Apple&rsquo;s spatial audio on the AirPods Pro, Samsung has brought 360 Audio&nbsp;featuring Dolby Head Tracking technology to&nbsp;the Galaxy Buds Pro. ..The feature is currently&nbsp;only available on&nbsp;Galaxy devices running Android One UI version 3.1, but the basic idea is that&nbsp;when you're watching videos on a Samsung smartphone or tablet, the sound will lock on to the device, and basically give you an immersive audio experience when you're watching content that supports surround sound.&nbsp;But earbuds aren&rsquo;t just for media consumption anymore &ndash; Good call quality is just as important.
The Galaxy Buds Pro separate your voice from unwanted sounds with three microphones and a Voice Pickup Unit ensuring you are heard as clearly as possible. One of the outer microphones also has a high signal-to-noise ratio, further eliminating background noises, and, hence, offering crisper call quality.&nbsp;
Auto Switch&nbsp;is a great new addition as well.&nbsp;It lets you automatically toggle your earbuds connection between the latest Galaxy devices without any manual adjustments. Let's say,&nbsp;you're watching a video on your tablet&nbsp;and suddenly receive a call via your smartphone&ndash; Auto Switch, can be used automatically for the phone call, and connect themselves back to the tablet after the call.&nbsp;
With the Galaxy Buds Pro, Samsung has opted for&nbsp;a low-profile, ergonomic design in order to ensure a more comfortable fit. This&nbsp;reduces the contact area between the ear and the bud, minimizing that clogged-up feeling that you get with other in-ear design earphones.&nbsp;The buds themselves come in three pretty colours:&nbsp; Phantom Black, Phantom Violet and this Phantom Silver variant that Samsung sent us. Meanwhile, the jewellery box-like charging case looks super-premium and feels really smooth to the touch thanks to a nice matte finish.&nbsp;
Galaxy Buds Pro are also designed to give you added peace of mind. The buds are protected with an IPX7 water resistance rating, the highest standard of water resistance in the Galaxy Buds line. This means they can handle sweaty workouts and should be fine even when submerged&nbsp;in up to 1 meter of freshwater for up to 30 minutes. Just, FYI, the&nbsp; Charging case itself is not water-resistant.
If you're like us, you're&nbsp;constantly&nbsp;losing your earbuds, but it seems the new Galaxy Buds Pro may never face that problem, thanks to the&nbsp;SmartThings feature, which allows your phone&nbsp;to help you find your Galaxy Buds Pro on a map, even if they happen to be offl9jne. The service also allows you to ring the watch to help you locate it.
Now, battery life on the Buds Pro is pretty solid, considering they get ANC.&nbsp;When fully charged, you get up to 8 hours of playback, with an additional 20 hours of reserve power available in the wireless charging case. Even when using ANC, you can still enjoy 5 hours of playback with 13 hours more available in the case. If you end up running out of juice, you can gain one hour of playtime after just five minutes of quick charging.&nbsp;Wireless charging is also available, and if you happen to own a recent Galaxy flagship smartphone, then the case can also be charged through&nbsp;Wireless PowerShare.&nbsp;Alternatively, the case is Qi-certified, so any Qi wireless charging device will do the job.&nbsp;

It offers a 6.39-inch 720p screen with a punch-hole setup and gets powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage that can be expanded up to 512 gigs with a micro-SD card. Keeping the lights on is a 4000mAh battery under the hood, but there's no fast-charging support available here. In the optics department, the&nbsp;Nokia 5.4 comes with a&nbsp;&nbsp;Quad rear camera system &ndash; featuring zero shutter lag 60fps cinematic video recording. The setup includes a 48MP primary sensor, a 2 MP depth sensor, 5MP ulltra wide lens and a 2MP macro camera. Meanwhile, there's a 16MP selfie camera at the front.
We got sent this dark blue colour variant, which sports a glossy plastic rear panel that throws of nice patterns when you move the phone around in your hand. However, the rear pane is fingerprint city and attracts a lot of dust, so you may want to slap on the protective TPU case that comes in the box. Apart from that the phone seems to be fairly durable and doesn't feel too heavy in the hand. There's also a&nbsp;rear fingerprint scanner, dedicated Google Assistant button, and sizable chin with the Nokia logo on it. At the bottom, you get a USB type C charging port and a single spear, while the top part of the phone comes equipped with a good old fashioned headphone jack.&nbsp;The phone ships with Android 10, but HMD Global stated that it is Android 11 ready. It also comes with three years of security updates and two years of OS updates.&nbsp;

Open the lid, and you'll find a quick start guide, along with the Galaxy Buds Pro charging case, a USB-C charging cable and three ear tips.
The charging case over here is very similar to the one that came with the Galaxy Buds Live - its compact, square-shaped, &nbsp;and offers a nice matte finish with the Samsung logo embedded on top. There's a USB type C port at the bottom for charging and the case itself supports wireless charging.
Once you open the charging case,&nbsp; &nbsp;you'll, of course, notice the Buds Pro and an LED indicator on the front part to indicate the battery status of the case. The buds themselves come in three colours:&nbsp; Phantom Black, Phantom Violet and this Phantom Silver variant that Samsung sent us.
Now, the Buds Pro&nbsp;offer a similar in-ear style as their older siblings, the Buds Plus - they've got the same glossy surface on top of each bud where the touch controls are situated, while the inner half of each bud has a matte plastic finish for a more comfortable feel.&nbsp; Additionally, the Galaxy Buds Pro are designed to give you added peace of mind. They are protected with an IPX7 water resistance rating, the highest standard of water resistance in the Galaxy Buds line.

And, now, with Ambient Sound, you can choose to amplify nearby sounds by more than 20 decibels, meaning you can adjust and personalize according to your needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;
There's a new auto-switch feature that lets the buds remain connected to two Galaxy devices at once and switch playback between them.
Claimed battery life on the Buds Pro is up to 8 hours with ANC off, and up to 5 hours with ANC on. With the included charging case, Samsung says battery life can be extended all the way up to 28 hours with ANC off and 18 hours with ANC on.
Priced at 15,990 Rupees, the Galaxy Buds Pro seem to be a great addition in the premium TWS segment and a perfect pair for the newest S21 series.

Open up the lid, and you'll find a slim box with the phone's official tag line: 'Uncover the Xtra-Ordinary Speed. The E seems to be missing from the Xtra, but pretty sure that's&nbsp;been done on purpose.&nbsp;
Inside the box, you get all the paperwork like the Safety and QuickStart&nbsp;guides
 Underneath that, there's the phone itself in all its shiny&nbsp;glory.There's also&nbsp;a TPU case in the box that offers nice enough build quality
 Anyway, let's get this plastic off the&nbsp;phone, so we can check out the design.&nbsp;We've been sent the 'Fantasy' colour variant, and it says Dare to Leap on the back in big, bold letters. The colours shift and produce beautiful patterns as light reflects off its frosted matte glass rear surface.&nbsp; It looks absolutely fantastic,&nbsp; and we haven't quite seen anything like it with that massive logo.&nbsp;
 Every corner of the phone looks polished, and there's some nice attention to detail, like the yellow accent on the power button.&nbsp; There's also a split volume rocker on the left-hand side.&nbsp;&nbsp;Down here at the bottom of the phone you'll notice a dual SIM card slot, USB Type-C port and the loudspeaker. You do get dual stereo speakers over here, and yes, Dolby Atmos is included in the software department for audio enhancement.&nbsp;
 Now, let's boot up the phone and keep it aside for now,&nbsp; and see what else we get in the box.
There's a 65W Superdart charging brick, a USB Type-A to USB Type-C charging cable and a 3.5mm audio jack adaptor as there's no headphone jack on the phone. There's a SIM Ejector tool available here as well.
 Now, let's go back to the phone and get it set up!
This is it! The Realme X7 Pro, with a large 6.55-inch Super AMOLED display that supports 120Hz refresh rate! The 120Hz refresh rate means that the screen can present 120 frames per second. Whether it is swiping the screen to browse information, playing games, or enjoying high frame rate video, it is buttery smooth all the way.&nbsp;
Sadly, the phone doesn't come with Android 11 out of the box, and instead, you get Android 10 at hand, with Realme UI running on top. But don't worry, the company says the latest Realme UI 2.0&nbsp; will be rolling out soon enough.&nbsp;
On the back, there's a quad-camera setup, with an 8MP ultrawide sensor, a 2MP Black &amp; White Portrait Lens, a 2MP Marco camera, and a primary 64MP Sony IMX 686 sensor.&nbsp;
 There's also a Vapor Cooling System available here that reduces the core temperature to as low as 10&deg;C, allowing you to flash charge while gaming comfortably.
On the front, there's a 32MP punch-hole selfie camera that offers a flashy animation when turned&nbsp;on.
 Priced at ₹29,999 for this lone 8GB RAM+128GB storage model, the Realme X7 Pro gets powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ 5G chipset and a 4,500mAh battery. Since this one is the box for the phantom violet variant, it's got the big purple 'S' on the front. You'll notice the box is quite slim compared to last year S-series--that's because this one is missing a key feature we'll get into later!
Inside the box you'll first get the S21+ 5G in all its violet glory. Let's boot it up and keep it aside for now, and see what else we get in the box.
This second box has on it the SIM ejector tool, and inside it, you'll find a USB Type-C to Type-C cable. Along with that there's some paperwork for the Quick Start Guide and Warranty Card, and...well, nothing else.
The box is a similar story--there's nothing else in there, not even a charging adapter, and that's why it's so compact this time.
The smooth matte texture on the back looks really good, and it's contrasted very nicely with the gold camera housing and sides.
This is it! The Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G, with a large 6.7-inch FHD+ display, that runs at a maximum 120Hz refresh rate!
The screen is flat, unlike the one on the S21 Ultra, and its protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.
There's also Android 11 at hand, with Samsung's One UI 3.1 on board, making the whole experience buttery smooth.
On the back, there's a triple camera setup, with a 12MP ultrawide sensor, 12MP wide angle camera, and a 64MP telephoto lens that offers up to 30x Space Zoom!

We've seen a lot of true wireless earbuds in 2020, everything from the AirPods to the AirPods Pro, and every product that tried to repeat Apple's success in the segment. But for 2021, Oppo seems to have cooked up a new recipe. So, how does it taste? Let's find out!
These are the Oppo Enco X True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earphones. The design isn't radical, and the earbuds look fairly well crafted. There're inter-changeable silicone ear tips on offer in small, medium and large sizes, underneath which lie the coaxial dual drivers. The earbuds have touch-sensitive stalks and respond to multiple inputs. There's also a sensor for in-ear detection, so playback is paused when you take off an earbud, and resumed when you pop it back in your ear.
The buds are housed in a charging case that's finished in gloss, and features an oval design, with a brushed metal ring etched with the Oppo logo. On the side there's a button for pairing the earbuds, on the bottom there's a USB Type-C charging port and the case also comes equipped with Qi-compatible wireless charging.
The active noise cancellation on these earbuds works as well as you'd expect--for office, cafe and outdoor locations, there's strong noise cancellation, and audio is well isolated. Whether it's music playback or podcasts, even at 60% volume, there's barely anything that gets in, save for sudden, high-frequency noises like a car horn or a door being slammed.&nbsp;There're four modes on offer: noise cancellation off, noise cancellation, transparency and max noise cancellation, with the last two being enabled by default. You can switch through them by simply long pressing on either earbud, and a sound will confirm that the mode has been changed. If you want to access the other modes, you'll either have to use an Oppo phone, or download the Hey Melody Android app. You can also customise the double-tap feature, that's set to play the next track by default on both buds, and the triple-tap feature, that's disabled by default, until you set it up. You can also long touch and hold the earbud for more than 3 seconds to switch between connected devices, but that function has to be setup via the partner app first.
The touch controls on the Enco X earbuds work really well, and apart from being able to switch between noise cancellation modes, they can also be set to change tracks, play or pause music and summon voice assistants. Another nifty trick is volume control&mdash;just slide your finger up and down on either stalk to increase or decrease your media volume.
Now I rarely used the earbuds with noise cancellation completely off, because the transparency mode is fairly good here. It lets in voices and irregular noises, but still provides enough audio isolation. Max noise cancellation is good for when you're in a crowded place like a noisy office floor or train station, but if you don't like the blocked-out effect that comes with it, the regular noise cancellation mode should serve you well.
Sound quality on the Enco X earbuds is quite good--bass is punchy enough, without being over-powering. Lyrics come through clearly, as do instruments, and the earbuds do get really loud at maximum volume. 75% volume with ANC on is more than enough to isolate your media playback, even in moderately loud environments. There's support for AAC, SBC and LHDC codecs, that ensure clear transmission. These earbuds also get the latest Bluetooth 5.2 and support for Bluetooth Low Latency, which means better synchronicity between audio and video.
At this point, it's worth mentioning that the Enco X have been created with the help of Danish hi-fi audio brand Dynaudio, that brings its tuning expertise, and that's why these earbuds sound great in spite of how much easier they are on the pocket compared to other products. In fact, these earbuds can even tell if they're sitting properly in your ears--just open the app and tap on Earbud fit test.
On the battery front, there's a 44 mAh unit in the buds, and the charging case holds 535 mAh. With max ANC on, the Enco X will last around 3-4 hours, and the case will offer somewhere between 4 and 5 charges from 0% to full. There's IP54 water and dust resistance too, so the Enco X can handle workouts without trouble.
Now all in all, the Enco X earbuds offer a great package--build quality is strong, audio performance is nearly fault-less, and the pricing is really smart, at ₹9,990. In an ever-expanding sea of options for true wireless earbuds, these are a great choice.

Samsung has kicked off 2021 with an ultra bang! The company announced its Galaxy S21 Ultra, alongside the S21 &amp; S21+ devices on January 14, and here's our first hands-on with the monster smartphone.
Samsung sent us the Phantom black colour variant to check out and its got this really nice haze glass finish which is very premium to the touch. The contour cut camera housing wraps around the side to become one with the frame. You won't find this look on any other device. The Ultra sports a 6.8-inch Edge Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity-O display, with HDR10+ support and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate that runs at the screens highest resolution as well. This is the best OLED technology you'll find on a phone&nbsp; -&nbsp;Colours are punchy, blacks are super inky,&nbsp; and brightness is terrific at 1500nits, so using this phone outdoors won't be an issue. The display is also Wacom-compatible, so it can support Samsung's S Pen stylus, but S21 Ultra users will have to purchase the S Pen separately. The S21 Ultra runs on the latest Exynos 2100 chip for the Indian market and houses either 12GB or 16GB of RAM with up to 512GB of internal storage. There's a quad rear camera setup on the back, with a 108MP wide-angle sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and twin 10MP telephoto units that offer up to 100x Space Zoom. There's a 40MP selfie camera, and a 5,000mAh battery to keep the lights on. Like with the S21 devices, there's Gorilla Glass Victus, IP68 water and dust resistance and no charging adapter in the box. The phone is also powered by the latest Android 11 with One UI 3.1 running on top. Prices for the S21 Ultra start from ₹1,05,999 for the 256GB model, and the device is already up for pre-order,&nbsp;with sales starting from January 29. If you're looking for a fun-to-use versatile music playing machine, that seems to do everything, then&nbsp;Saregama&rsquo;s Carvaan might just be the right gadget for you.&nbsp; Not only does it pack in tons of pre-loaded songs, it even streams podcasts, news and plays music via Bluetooth connectivity.
But, the folks at&nbsp;Saregama&nbsp;thought this package could be made even better, so that&rsquo;s why they&rsquo;ve now introduced this&mdash;the&nbsp;Saregama&nbsp;Carvaan Karaoke.
Now at first glance, this new device looks like a simple face-lift on the Carvaan 2.0, and gets a lot of the same features as well. There's still 5,000 pre-loaded evergreen Hindi classics, with over 280 Wi-Fi based audio stations. Bluetooth, USB and Aux connectivity is present as well, as is FM/AM radio.
On the outside, there's a new metallic red colour, contrasted with piano black inserts. The convenient handle is present, as is the signature knob for changing the track and radio stations.
However, what's really new is the Karaoke button, 2 wireless mics and large 9-inch screen that rises from the body of the Carvaan.
The Karaoke function lets users sing along to 1,000 pre-loaded hit songs, that are categorised by artistes, actors, eras and moods too! The mics use standard AA batteries to run, and automatically connect to the Carvaan once it's been put in Karaoke mode. Lyrics run on the screen as the song plays, and in case a song is meant to be performed as a duet, there's colour coding at hand.
But in case you feel the screen isn't large enough, or you're performing at a party, you can hook up the Carvaan to a television using an HDMI cable!
When in Karaoke mode, users can use the mics to control the interface, but there's also a regular remote on offer that provides the same functions.
Similar to the Carvaan 2.0, this model can be used with the partner&nbsp;Saregama&nbsp;Carvaan App, and users can subscribe to&nbsp;Saregama's library on their smartphones.
So for ₹19,990 and a 1-year warranty, the&nbsp;Saregama&nbsp;Carvaan Karaoke offers all the familiarity and features of the previous models, along with a bonus feature that promises to be a regular party piece!
